What's in Your Lunch?

Did you know it's easy to pack lunches that are healthy for you and the environment? Consider low-waste, healthy options. Choose a variety of healthful foods like fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean meats and water or milk in appropriate portion sizes. Use a reusable lunch box or sack. Include a cloth napkin and reusable utensils, and put food and drinks in reusable containers. It's easy being healthy and green.
