The CIP is a six-year plan for the provision of the County’s capital facility, equipment and infrastructure needs. The capital budget consists of those projects funded in the first two years of the CIP. An Advisory Committee consisting of up to 14 citizens appointed by the County Board, along with County staff, review requests and make recommendations to the County Board.
