can expect from
Ramsey County and Resources for Child Caring
We at Ramsey County and Resources for Child Caring are dedicated to
providing you with exceptional customer service. You are important partners
in the well-being of our community. The service you provide is critical to
our children.
You can expect the following from us:
- You will be treated with respect.
- Your call will be returned within one (1) working day.
- You will receive a written authorization when a family becomes
eligible for one of the Child Care Assistance Programs.
- Your payment will be issued within 10 working days after we receive
your accurately completed claim form.
- You will be sent a 15-day notice when a family is no longer eligible
for care.
If you have problems or we aren't living up to these expectations, we
