POINTS OF INTEREST Falcon Heights’ DEAD OF WINTER EVENT, February 11, 1-4 p.m. @ Community Park Ramsey County Board Discussion on the new Jail site and the budget associated with it will be in February. Section I and II Sections of the Metro Transit Restructuring will happen in June 2001 instead of March 2001 so signage and notification will be easier for transit riders. Recycling is still available @ Vasko’s @ Como and Minnehaha just west of Rice Street and the former Recycling Center. The County is making plans to divest of the property with the intent of returning it to the tax rolls. Janice is now also assigned to the Waste Recovery Board and the 911 Board. Energy Deregulation Discussion will be discussed in the next news letter. |
