Information for Home Owners

Do you have an adjustable rate mortgage or have your payments increased to a level you can’t afford? If you find you are having difficulty meeting your homeownership obligations such as mortgage, taxes, association dues, etc., we encourage you to notify your lender early on. Your lender may be willing to create a payment plan or change the terms of your existing loan so it is more affordable.

Do not wait until you have fallen behind on your mortgage before asking for help. Your lender will be more likely to work with you if you contact them before you start missing payments. They may be willing to create a payment plan or change the terms of your existing loan so it is more affordable.
