Ramsey County is pleased to be able to offer home purchase financing to make suburban homeownership more affordable. FirstHome is available through local lenders on a first-come, first-served basis. FirstHOME is available to low and moderate-income, first-time buyers who are purchasing homes in Ramsey County communities outside of Saint Paul.
