Ramsey County Surveyor's Office Fees are effective as of January 1, 2012, as approved by the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners

PLAT REVIEW FEES:

• Subdivision Plats
• Registered Land Surveys (RLS)
• Common Interest Communities (CIC)

GIS DIGITAL DATA FEES:

The Ramsey County Surveyor's Office has the following GIS datasets available for purchase:

• Suburban Ramsey County Contours, 2 foot interval
• General Countywide Dataset Package: Public Land Survey (PLS), Major Bodies of Water, 2002 Commissioner Districts
• Physical Features: Buildings, Water Bodies, Road Edges, Rail Roads, Bridges, Water Towers
• Parcel Regions, Parcel Points with attributes
• Parcel Attributes:  tabular format
• Digital Orthophotos 2009

GIS DIGITAL DATA LICENSE AGREEMENT:

A signed license agreement is required for all GIS digital data.

• Special Requests / Product Creation

• Postage
