Do We Have Your Current Mailing Address?

Property Tax Statements and Value Notices are typically sent out in March each year and thousands are usually returned. The reason for this is because we do not forward this type of information. All undeliverable statements and notices are returned to us by the Post Office.

If you move or change your mailing address, even temporarily, you must notify us of this change. If you own multiple properties, check to make sure your current mailing address is listed for each one.

For questions or to update your mailing address, email us, or call us at 651-266-2000. Be sure to include your name, property address and property ID# for each property you own, and new mailing address.
