Ramsey County’s health promotion program provides employees with information, resources and opportunities to learn and practice good health behaviors both at work and at home. The Health Promotion program is managed by the Human Resources Department with input from the REACH employee wellness committee.

Take the Health Assessment and complete a Journey Well Wellness Program to qualify for the health incentive in 2014. More information

Frequent Fitness Program
HealthPartners members have another great incentive to stay fit. With the HealthPartners Frequent Fitness Program, you’ll actually be rewarded for your stick-to-it-ness! R·E·A·C·H (Ramsey County Employees Affirming their Commitment to Health)
To promote employee well being by providing education, resources, and a supportive environment to all employees as the initiate, expand, and maintain behaviors. In other words, R·E·A·C·H aims to support you to take charge of your health to create a better life. Go to R·E·A·C·H for more information.
