Ramsey County’s health promotion program provides employees with information, resources and opportunities to learn and practice good health behaviors both at work and at home. The Health Promotion program is managed by the Human Resources Department with input from the REACH employee wellness committee.

Weight Watchers

Weight Watchers At-Work sessions are offered throughout the year at various County locations. Contact HealthWorks at 651-266-2935 or e-mail for information on upcoming sessions.

Frequent Fitness Program

HealthPartners members have another great incentive to stay fit. With the HealthPartners Frequent Fitness Program, you’ll actually be rewarded for your stick-to-it-ness! "Got your Shots?" It’s not just kids that need shots. You may need a shot or two yourself… and not just the flu shot either.
