We have changed our name!! The Adoption / Guardianship unit of Ramsey County is now the The Permanent Connections Unit. This special team of workers view themselves as advocates for the children. It is their goal to do what is in the best interest of the child. A Wendy's Wonderful Kids Child Specific Recruiter was added to the team in 2006.
What We Do
We provide each child a permanent, life-long connection in a nurturing family environment in which their personal growth and development and well-being is enhanced.

National Adoption Day
November 21st is National Adoption Day. This is a collective national effort to raise the country's awareness of the thousands of children waiting in foster care to be adoption.
