DURING GOLF SEASON (FIREPLACE ROOM RENTAL)
Private, Non-Profit and Ramsey County Sponsored Events (excluding Ramsey County Board and Parks and Recreation Department)
All arrangements shall be made through the Concessionaire, Mike Diebel, Golf Professional/Manager. The rental fee is $25.00 per hour with a four-hour minimum. All food and beverage shall be purchased through the Concessionaire.
Ramsey County Board and Parks and Recreation Department Sponsored Events
All arrangements shall be made through Kevin Finley, Director of Administration and Golf Operations. Parks and Recreation employees will staff these events. There is no building rental fee. Arrangements and costs for food and beverages shall be determined on a case-by-case basis depending upon the event.
DURING NON-GOLF SEASON (FIREPLACE ROOM AND LOUNGE)
Private and Non-Profit Sponsored Events (excluding County Departments)
All arrangements shall be made through the Concessionaire, Mike Diebel, Golf Professional/Manager. The building rental fee is $300.00 for a maximum of eight (8) hours. All food and beverages shall be purchased through the Concessionaire.
County Department Sponsored Events (excluding County Board and Parks and Recreation sponsored events)
All arrangements shall be made through Kevin Finley, Director of Administration and Golf Operations. The rental fee is $25.00 per hour with a four-hour minimum. The event sponsor will arrange for food and beverages.
