Sugar on Snow Festival

Date: Saturday, March 20
Time: 1:00-4:00 p.m.
Cost: $6/person -- All Ages

When the sap was really flowing, old-timers used to make maple candy and pour it right on the snow to cool -- hence the "Sugar-on-Snow" tradition! Here's a chance for you and your family to experience this ancient tradition first-hand as we collect sap in the "sugar-bush", boil it down at the "sugar shack", and taste the delectable end product, Vermont-style, with maple candy, pickles and donuts! Yummm!
