Workplace Violence

Resources were developed by the Workplace Action Team, one of the original action teams of The Initiative for Peaceful Families and Communities in Ramsey County. Resources created address workplace violence on four levels:

Peer conflicts between employees;
Conflicts between employees and supervisors/managers;
Conflicts between employees and customers/clients; and
Conflicts that arise concerning employees and their families – ranging from balancing work with raising a family, to the potentially deadly issue of domestic violence spilling over into the workplace.
