PH Logo Immunization Clinic


Offers low cost immunizations for infants, children and adults who are uninsured, those whose insurance does NOT cover immunizations, or those who are unable to access services.

Walk-in Clinic Reminders

  • Please call first if you have questions or need specific information.
  • Bring immunization records with you.
  • Parents or guardians must accompany those under 18 years old.
  • Clinics operate on a first-come, first-served basis - there may be a wait during busy clinics.
  • Billing is available for Medical Assistance (MA) and some insurance.

Flu Shots
Seasonal flu vaccine is available during our regularly scheduled walk-in immunization clinics (days and hours above) for anyone 6 months of age and older. A brief screening will be done to determine which vaccine is right for you. If you have insurance, please bring your card to the clinic. We will determine if we can bill your insurance company.

Nasal Vaccine, Quadravalent

  • For healthy individuals age 2 - 18 years

Injectable Vaccine, Quadravalent

  • For those 6 months and older  
  • In Stock

High-dose Vaccine, Trivalent

  • For those 65 years and older 
  • Out of Stock - call for availability
