You have privacy rights under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other state and federal laws, rules and regulations. These laws protect your privacy but allow us to give information about you to others if the law requires or permits it. The Saint Paul - Ramsey County Community Health Services Advisory Committee (CHSAC) is a citizen advisory committee composed of Mayoral and County Board representatives that review the work of the Department of Public Health.
