You have privacy rights under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other state and federal laws, rules and regulations. The Saint Paul - Ramsey County Community Health Services Advisory Committee (CHSAC) is a citizen advisory committee composed of Mayoral and County Board representatives that review the work of the Department of Public Health.
