Go green at your next event! Recycling containers for bottles and cans are a huge hit at sporting events, block parties, family reunions and other gatherings. It’s an easy way to reduce your environmental impact. Depending on the amount of recyclables collected, you could save money on trash service for the event.
These portable containers collapse for transport and come with custom plastic bags that attach to the assembled frame. Containers are loaned at no cost to Ramsey County residents for temporary events.
Fact: Recycling just one aluminum can saves enough energy to power a television for three hours!

Determining the Number of Containers Needed
Think about how many trash cans will be at the event. We recommend that every recycling container be paired with a trash can to keep trash out of the recycling containers. If your event will take place outdoors and could be windy, ask for bases to provide extra stability.
