Certified Death Records
You must have proof of tangible interest in the subject. | tangible interest
Certified: $13.00 one copy | $6.00 each additional copy of same record

Non-certified Death Records
Provided without tangible interest.
Non-certified: $13.00 per copy

Complete the application
Have your signature notarized
Enclose a photocopy of your valid driver's license or state issued identification card
Enclose check or money order payable to: Ramsey County

Complete the application
Sign the application at the window (signature must be witnessed)
Provide identification: drivers license or state issued identification card
Payment accepted: cash, check or money order (we do NOT accept credit or debit cards)
