Boys Totem Town
Boys Totem Town is Located east of St. Paul approximately 2 miles east of the intersection of Highway 61/10 and Lower Afton Road. It is a residential, correctional facility for up to 85 adolescent boys, ages 12-19 who have been adjudicated delinquent by the Juvenile Court.

Correctional Facility
The Correctional Facility is located east of St. Paul, approximately one mile south of Interstate 94 on Century Avenue. It is served by MTCO bus route #70 seven days a week. This facility houses adult male and female criminal and traffic offenders for a maximum of one year.

County Courthouse and City Hall

Environmental Health
The Environmental Health office of the Saint Paul-Ramsey County Department of Public Health and Resource Recovery Project are located in Maplewood. For walk-in service, we issue temporary food event licenses, accept registrations for various Environmental Health-sponsored courses, sell radon kits, and lend education kits on environmental topics including recycling.

Family Service Center
Ramsey County Community Human Services contracts with Catholic Charities to provide programming for the Family Service Center. Located in Maplewood, the center provides temporary shelter for families in crisis. The goal of the center is to provide a safe, nurturing environment for families transitioning to permanent housing. This facility is managed by Property Management.

Government Center East

Juvenile & Family Justice Center
The Ramsey County Juvenile and Family Justice Center, located in downtown Saint Paul, provides space for Community Corrections Juvenile Detention and the 2nd Judicial Courts juvenile and family court functions. Law Enforcement Center
Located just northeast of downtown Saint Paul, the Law Enforcement Center (LEC) houses the County's pre-trial detention operations, 2nd Judicial Courtrooms and administrative offices, the administrative offices for the Ramsey County Sheriff, and a state-of-the-art regional training facility including shooting range and F.A.T.S. System.

This facility is the result of a collaborative partnership between Ramsey County, the City of Arden Hills and Mounds View Schools. The facility houses the Public Works Departments for both Ramsey County and Arden Hills, as well as a maintenance division for Mounds View Schools. The Ramsey County Sheriff Patrol Division and Ramsey Conservation District are also located in this suburban location. Ramsey County Care Center (formerly Nursing Home)
The Care Center is a 24-hour nursing care facility in Maplewood serving clients with long term and short term care needs. The entrance is located at the intersection of White Bear Avenue and Frost Avenue.

Suburban Courts
The Second Judicial Court (Ramsey County) is unified trial court with general jurisdiction to hear all types of civil and criminal cases. The Second District is legislatively mandated to maintain a suburban court site, which is located on the campus of the Maplewood City Hall Community Center.
