For uninterrupted RRInfo service, online subscription registration is available to you. (return to top)

Payment Information

Immediate access to RRInfo is available through our electronic payment service E-Pay, Master Card, Visa, or check will be accepted.

Alternate payments made by Purchase Order (PO), or by paper check, will be accepted as well. Your RRInfo account will be activated as soon as payment is received in our office. (return to top)

Subscription Costs

The following subscription costs will apply for full access to RRInfo.  Public access will continue to be available at no cost.

• $8.95 for a 1 day subscription, that will provide subscriber access for 24 hours from the moment payment is received
• $238.50 for a 1 month subscription at a cost of 7.95 per day
• $1071.00 for a 6 month subscription at a cost of 5.95 per day
• $1782.00 for a 12 month subscription at a cost of 4.95 per day

• Government/Non Profit Annual Rate:  $495.00
• Government/Non Profit Monthly Rate: $49.95

• 5% discount for subscriptions with 25-49 user accounts
• 10% discount for subscriptions with 50-100  user accounts
• 15% discount for subscriptions with 101+ user accounts

Become a Subscriber with E-Pay

To subscribe to RRInfo using E-Pay please follow these steps:

1. From the RRInfo home page click on "Become a Subscriber"
2. read the user agreement that appears and click on "accept" to continue
3. complete all of the required fields on the subscription form
   1. choose an account name
   2. choose a business type
   3. choose a subscription length
   4. choose credit card or e-check for your payment type
   5. read the user agreement
   6. if you agree with the user agreement click on "Accept" to continue
4. review the New Subscriber confirmation page that appears
   1. if you choose to pay using a check or credit card with E-Pay click on "Begin Payment"
   2. click on "Pay without registering"
   3. verify your payment amount and payment method click on "continue"
   4. enter your account information and click on "continue"
   5. complete contact information and click on "continue"
   6. review payment, account, and billing address detail, check the email conformation checkbox, click on "confirm"
   7. note your confirmation number click on "ok"
5. login to RRInfo with your username and password (return to top) 

To subscribe to RRInfo using a PO or paper check for payment please follow these steps:

1. From the RRInfo home page click on "Become a Subscriber"
2. read the user agreement that appears and click on "accept" to continue
3. complete all of the required fields on the subscription form
   1. choose an account name
   2. choose a business type
   3. choose a subscription length
   4. choose purchase order for your payment type
   5. read the user agreement
   6. if you agree with the user agreement click on "Accept" to continue
4. review the New Subscriber confirmation page that appears
   1. confirm your new subscriber information
5. please send your payment to:

6. upon receipt of your payment, your RRInfo username will be activated
7. click on "Return to RRInfo" home page (return to top)

Ramsey County employees have subscription access to RRInfo at no cost. To subscribe to RRInfo as a Ramsey County employee please follow these steps:

1. From the RRInfo home page click on "Become a Subscriber"
2. read the user agreement that appears and click on "accept" to continue
3. complete all of the required fields on the subscription form
   1. for company name enter "Ramsey County" and please add your department name (this is how we identify you to activate your account)
   2. choose an account name
   3. choose "government" for business type
   4. choose "1 year" for subscription length
   5. choose "purchase order" for payment type
   6. read the user agreement
   7. click on "Accept" to continue
4. review the New Subscriber confirmation page that appears
   1. confirm your new subscriber information
   2. you will receive a subscription confirmation to the email address you provided us
5. Ramsey County employee accounts are activated the same or next business day we receive your on-line subscription information (return to top)
