Tax Forfeited Land Public Auction is February 17

Tax Forfeited Land will hold a public auction to sell a fully renovated tax-forfeited home - 1005 Iglehart Avenue in St. Paul - renovated under the supervision and funding of the 4R Program.

The auction will be held at 1005 Iglehart Avenue, inside the home.  This home is move-in ready and is a great opportunity to become a homeowner of a beautiful property!  The opening bid price is $113,000.

Have You Moved Recently?  Do We Have Your Current Mailing Address?

Property Tax Statements and Value Notices are typically sent out in March each year and thousands are usually returned.  The reason for this is because we do not forward this type of information.

All undeliverable statements and notices are returned to us by the Post Office.

• If you move or change your mailing address, even temporarily, you must notify us of this change.
• If you own multiple properties, check to make sure your current mailing address is listed for each one.

Resource Center Available for Property Information Inquiries

Our public Resource Center has 16 computer workstations available to aid people with inquiries pertaining to real estate records.  Our intelligent staff can assist you in using the workstations and the other resources inside the Center.
