All addresses listed are in St. Paul, unless otherwise noted.

Renovations
  • 653 Marshall Avenue
    • This property is a two-story, four-bedroom single-family house built in 1915 and located in the heart of the historic Summit-University neighborhood.  Renovation plans include a completely remodeled kitchen with a center island, 1 and 1/2 baths, a built-in buffet in the dining room, and refurbished original woodwork.
  • 617 Virginia Street
    • This property is a two-story, upper/lower duplex built in 1888.  Both units in the duplex contain two bedrooms and one bathroom each, and they share a common entry area.  Renovation plans include remodeled kitchens and bathrooms.  The duplex configuration will be retained, which will give its new owner the great opportunity to live in one unit and rent out the other!
  • 548 Charles Avenue
    • This property is a one-and-3/4 story, three-bedroom, single-family house built in 1899.  It is located two blocks from the future light rail stop at University and Dale in St. Paul.  Renovation plans include remodeling the kitchen, bathrooms, and three-season porch.  This property will also feature a main floor laundry area and two-car detached garage.
  • 869 Fuller Avenue
    • This property is a two-story duplex built in 1887.  It is located two blocks from both I-94 and the future light rail line.  Plans are to convert the duplex back to a five-bedroom single-family home, open up the enclosed front porch, renovate the kitchen and bathrooms, and restore the original fireplace.  This property will also feature a two-car detached garage.
  • 24 George St. East

Building Removals
  • 820 Concordia Avenue
    • This property is a two-story commercial building built in 1915.  It is located on Concordia Avenue (formerly known as Rondo Avenue, the main east-west strip in the historic and now-extinct Rondo neighborhood of St. Paul), and today is visible from I-94 just west of the Dale Street exit, on the south side of the freeway.  It was home to a VFW until it was closed in 2009 after a fire.  Unfortunately, the fire severely compromised the building to the point that it would not be safe nor cost-efficient to try to rehabilitate it.  It will be removed in the spring of 2013.
  • 709 York Avenue
    • This property is a large two-story house, located on the East Side of St. Paul and built in 1894.  Due to severe structural decay from failing exterior foundation walls, the property is scheduled to be removed in the spring of 2013.
  • 1075 Jessamine Avenue East
    • This property is a two-story, single-family house built in 1915.  The structure is a blight on the neighborhood, and has no setback to the alley, making its day-to-day usability unsafe.  Due to these factors, it will be removed in the spring of 2013.

  • 1162 Ross Ave.
  • 663-665 Elfelt
  • 983 Cook Ave. E.
