Visit Web sites for Regional Rail, Rush Line Corridor

Ramsey County Regional Rail has turned over the centralcorridor.org Web site to the Met Council, which will design and build the light rail line. In its place, Regional Rail has launched a new Web site at www.regionalrail.org for up-to-date information on Central Corridor, Union Depot and the other transit projects currently under development by Ramsey County and its partner agencies.

In addition, the Rail Authority has redesigned and updated the project Web site for the Rush Line Corridor, between Minnesota's Union Depot and Hinckley. For up-to-the-minute information about this project, visit www.rushline.org.

    Regional Rail on the Road

Ramsey County Regional Railroad staffers have been spending time out in the community making presentations about the Union Depot multi-media transit hub and other Rail Authority projects. At events such as the Aurora St. Anthony Block Party, White Bear Lake's Marketfest 2007, the Hmong Sports Festival and Rondo Days, as well as smaller gatherings at local houses of worship, community centers and businesses, authority staff members have been doing their best to answer questions and to make sure that community issues and concerns are addressed as the projects progress.

To schedule a presentation on any of the authority's projects or transit corridors, please call Sarah Penman at Ramsey County Regional Rail, 651-266-2778 or send her an email.
