Cities, counties and regional agencies have sought the perspectives of metro area residents and businesses on waste issues in several ways in recent years. Ramsey and Washington Counties have compiled a list of known surveys and focus groups involving solid waste issues to provide a resource for additional research. The Counties looked through these surveys and focus groups to identify findings related to collection issues specific to the two counties.
