On December 23, 2011, the Ramsey/Washington County Resource Recovery Project Board released a Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI). Responses to the RFEI will assist the Project Board in determining how best to pursue provision of transfer station capacity to receive and transport commercial and residential organic wastes collected in the two counties. The material may be transferred to organic waste processing facilities located inside or outside the two counties. The Project Board is requesting that firms interested in providing organic waste transfer services provide information as outlined in the RFEI.
Interested parties may download a copy of the RFEI. Responses to the RFEI are due by noon on Friday, January 20, 2012.
On January 11, 2012, Addendum #1 to the RFEI was authorized by the Project Board as a response to the questions received. Interested parties may download Addendum #1.
