Description
Believing that youth are our future, YouthLEAD provides eligible youth with useful and necessary skill training and/or basic education and employment opportunities. The specific goal is to prepare youth for employment or post-secondary education following completion of a high school education or, for older youth, help them begin and maintain progress on a satisfying career track.
Priority for enrollment is determined on the basis of income.
Services Available
YouthLEAD can provide such services as a positive work experience, development of career goals, exploration of post-secondary options, personalized Lifework Portfolio, a mentor, leadership development opportunities, and academic help.
