Nearly 2.25M in federal Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnership funds have been awarded to a variety of projects in suburban Ramsey County.

FirstHOME Program Funding

Ramsey County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA)/Community and Economic Development (CED) FirstHOME Buyer Assistance Program is looking for eligible buyers.

  • The maximum assistance available per property is $10,000, based on monthly housing costs of 30% and a minimum investment of $2,000 by the buyer.
  • Income Limits are based on household size.
  • Ramsey County works directly with your lender to reserve deferred loan funds; fund commitments are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Buyers must complete HomeStretch training prior to closing.
